At Three Sons Bakery, we are a micro-bakery dedicated to bringing you the finest sourdough bread and freshly milled baked goods, crafted with love and care. We specialize in sourdough, a timeless and nutritious bread that’s more than just delicious—it’s good for you. Sourdough is made through a natural fermentation process, which means it’s easier to digest and has a lower glycemic index than other types of bread. The long fermentation process helps to break down gluten and phytic acid, making the nutrients more bioavailable and promoting gut health. Plus, it has that distinctive tangy flavor and chewy texture that’s simply irresistible.
But we don’t stop at sourdough! We also use freshly milled flour in all of our baked goods. By milling our grains right here in the bakery, we preserve all the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that are often lost in the commercial flour-making process. Fresh flour means more flavor, better nutrition, and a true connection to the grains we use. You can taste the difference in every bite!
